I have classes and workshops running at the SAMYE centre in Canton Cardiff. These run on demand and I'll be looking at a new program after the October workshop see below.

AS part of an ITM Alexander Technique International Festival we will be running a FREE event in Cardiff on 29th October at Canton Uniting Church from 6.30 - 9.00pm. This will include an introductory lecture, discussion time and lessons with local teachers. Do come along and find out about us and see if the Technique is something you'd like to exlore further.

I can also put you in touch with my colleagues Lucy Campion and Kirsten Miller ( who are hoping to join the event ). They also run classes and workshops locally. Between us we are aiming to provide a range of oportunties for study and to build a community for those interested in Alexander's work to collaborate and learn together.
